The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit is also more durable, being made from 6061 Aluminum alloy and connected with Sinister Diesel's 4-ply silicone boots that are rated up to 400psi. Designed for the 6.0L Powerstroke engine, this complete kit includes the hot-side charge pipe from the turbocharger to the intercooler, the cold-side pipe from the intercooler to the intake, and a replacement intake elbow. The larger tubing and smooth mandrel bends promote improved airflow velocity, helping support increased power and lower exhaust gas temperatures.
Constructed from durable 6061 aluminum alloy, the Sinister Diesel charge pipes are masterfully back-purge TIG welded for strength and consistent quality. The kit includes four-ply silicone boots rated for pressures up to 400 psi, along with stainless steel spring clamps that provide a reliable seal under demanding conditions. Each pipe is finished with a polished Sinister Blue high-gloss powder coat that adds corrosion protection and provides a clean, professional appearance in the engine bay.
The kit includes one intake elbow, one cold-side charge pipe, one hot-side charge pipe, four silicone boots, and eight stainless steel spring clamps. It fits select 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. The hot-side charge pipe is not compatible with trucks equipped with the dual-alternator option. The Ford 6.0 intercooler pipes carry CARB EO number D-721-5, and the intake elbow carries CARB EO number D-721-6; CARB approval applies to 2005-2007 models only.
