Sinister Diesel Intercooler Charge Pipes for Ford TrucksThe Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit for the Powerstroke 6.0L includes the intercooler pipe that connects the intercooler to the intake, and the pipe that connects the turbocharger compressor to the intercooler. This upgraded pipe is larger in diameter and has smooth mandrel bends to increase air flow velocity to improve power and lower EGTs. The Sinister Diesel Charge Pipe Kit is also more durable, being made from 6061 Aluminum alloy and connected with Sinister Diesel's 4-ply silicone boots that are rated up to 400psi. Our Intercooler Pipes are masterfully TIG welded and finished in polished powdercoated Sinister Blue for a beautiful under-hood look. Designed for the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine, this kit includes both the cold-side pipe connecting the intercooler to the intake and the hot-side pipe connecting the turbocharger compressor to the intercooler. The larger tubing and smooth mandrel bends promote efficient airflow, helping support improved engine performance and lower exhaust gas temperatures.

Each charge pipe is constructed from durable 6061 aluminum alloy and precision TIG welded for dependable service under demanding driving conditions. The pipes are finished with a polished, high-gloss Sinister Blue powder coating that adds corrosion protection and provides a clean, distinctive appearance under the hood. Four-ply silicone boots provide a secure connection and are rated for pressures up to 400 psi, while stainless steel spring clamps help maintain a reliable seal throughout the charge-air system.

The Sinister Diesel kit includes one cold-side charge pipe, one hot-side charge pipe, four silicone boots, and eight stainless steel spring clamps for a complete installation. It is engineered for 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine. Important fitment note: the hot-side charge pipe does not fit trucks equipped with the dual-alternator option. This product is EPA compliant and carries CARB Executive Order D-721-5.
