Zone Offroad 19-22 Chevy/GMC 1500 AT4X / Chevy ZR2 1.75in Leveling Kit

Specially designed for the 2019-2023 Chevy ZR2 and GMC 1500 AT4X trucks, these kits are designed to a higher standard, working within the parameters of the factory suspension and steering geometry to maximize potential while allowing optimal clearance for larger tires. Kits include strut spacers, adventure series upper control arms, hardware packs and steering stop extensions. Complete 1.75" leveling recommended for AT4X, Trail Boss suspension not as raked for the factory so installing without thin preload spacer will net 1-3/8" lift for a level stance. Tires wider than 295/ cannot be installed on factory wheels due to clearance issues to the steering knuckles. Will not fit Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) equipped models. 2022 Models: This system has not been tested on models equipped with Super Cruise. The Zone Offroad ZONC1174 1.75-inch leveling kit is designed for select Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X trucks. Engineered to work with the factory suspension and steering geometry, this system improves front-end clearance for larger tires while maintaining dependable ride quality and handling. The kit includes strut spacers, Adventure Series upper control arms, hardware packs, steering stop extensions, and Factory Protection Plus coverage.

Its three-piece strut spacer design uses a top-mount spacer and two preload spacers to raise the front ride height without excessively extending the suspension during droop travel. The included high-strength Adventure Series upper control arms provide additional suspension travel, improve durability, and help correct alignment and clearance concerns commonly associated with retaining the factory upper control arms. For AT4X models, the complete 1.75-inch leveling configuration is recommended. On Trail Boss suspension, which has less factory rake, installing the system without the thin preload spacer produces approximately 1-3/8 inches of lift for a level stance.

The Zone Offroad ZONC1174 kit supports clearance for 33- to 34-inch tires, subject to wheel and tire combinations. Maximum recommended wheel backspacing is 5.5 inches because of upper control arm clearance. Fitment examples include 35x12.50 tires on 18x9 or 20x9 wheels, 33x12.50 tires on 18x9 or 20x9 wheels, and select 295- or 305-width tire applications with compatible wheel backspacing. Tires wider than 295 millimeters cannot be installed on factory wheels because of steering knuckle clearance.

This leveling kit fits select 2022-2025 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 applications, including ZR2 and AT4X configurations. It does not fit models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control. The system has not been tested on 2022 models equipped with Super Cruise, so compatibility should be verified before installation. Professional installation and an alignment are recommended after fitting the kit.
