Spectre Plenum Kit (Low) w/Passenger Side 45/90 Degree Tube

Spectre Air Intake Kits are available for a number of applications and are designed to fit your classic muscle car. Manufactured from high quality polished aluminum, the plenum fits carburetors and TBI throttle bodies with a 5-1/8 inch inlet offering a low profile design for tight hood clearance applications. The plenum is 2.4 inches tall and attaches to the 4 inch outside diameter aluminum air intake tube. The tube is Spectre part 97496, which makes a 45 degree and a 90 degree bend and can be installed in either direction giving you two different options for an air filter to be positioned on the passenger-side of your engine bay. Always check for proper clearance between the neck of the carburetor/TBI and the bottom of the hood before closing the hood. 2 worm gear clamps and a coupler are included to complete installation. The Spectre SPE751 Plenum Kit is designed for classic muscle car applications requiring a compact, polished aluminum air intake solution. Its low-profile plenum fits carburetors and TBI throttle bodies with a 5-1/8-inch inlet, making it suitable for engine bays with limited hood clearance. The polished aluminum construction provides a clean appearance while supporting durable performance in demanding automotive environments.
The included aluminum intake tube has a 4-inch outside diameter and is designed with both 45-degree and 90-degree bends. The tube can be installed in either direction, giving you two positioning options for locating an air filter on the passenger side of the engine bay. This flexible configuration helps simplify installation and allows the intake routing to be adapted to the available space in your vehicle.
The Spectre SPE751 includes two worm-gear clamps and a coupler to help complete installation. Compatible associated products include Spectre heat shield SPE-8130, conical filters SPE-8131, SPE-8132, and SPE-8136, plus air filter duct hose adapter SPE-8147. Before closing the hood, verify adequate clearance between the carburetor or TBI neck and the underside of the hood. This product is not carburetor-approved and may require acknowledgment of applicable emissions or installation requirements.
