QA1 N Series Injection Molded Rod End - Female/Right Hand - .625in Bore x 5/8-18 - Carbon Steel

N Series injection molded rod end. Female mounting with a 5/8" bore and 5/8-18 right hand threads. QA1's Injection Molded Carbon Steel rod ends are generally appropriate for low load, moderate oscillation applications. These PTFE Nylon 12 reinforced rod ends are protective coated for corrosion resistance and are available with left and right hand threads. This series features a molded race compound designed to provide low friction, low moisture absorbing properties and high wear resistance. QA1's Injection Molded Series design is unique in the industry since no holes need to be drilled in the rod end body, thereby allowing the rod end to maintain its full strength and integrity. The ball is made from 52100 bearing steel that has been heat treated, hard chrome plated and precision ground. The race is made from reinforced nylon 12 with PFTE, and the body is carbon steel that is protective coated. Notes: Stud configurations are available.
  • Guaranteed strength, durability and quality champions demand
  • Rod ends for every motorsport need
  • Precise tolerances

The QA1 qapNFR10 N Series injection molded rod end is designed for automotive and motorsport applications requiring a female mounting configuration, a 5/8-inch bore, and 5/8-18 right-hand threads. This carbon steel rod end is generally suited for low-load applications with moderate oscillation, delivering dependable performance for suspension, linkage, and other mechanical assemblies.
The PTFE-reinforced Nylon 12 race is molded into the rod end body to provide low friction, low moisture absorption, and high wear resistance. Because the QA1 Injection Molded Series design does not require drilled holes in the body, the rod end maintains its full strength and structural integrity. The protective coating on the carbon steel body helps improve corrosion resistance for reliable service in demanding environments.
The ball is manufactured from 52100 bearing steel, heat treated, hard chrome plated, and precision ground for smooth, consistent movement. The molded race compound supports durable operation while helping reduce friction at the contact surface. Left-hand and right-hand thread options are available throughout the series, and stud configurations are also available for select applications. This QA1 rod end combines precise tolerances, durable materials, and a motorsport-focused design in a compact mechanical component.
