The QA1 R257-170S Double-Adjustable Four-Link Kit provides a complete suspension upgrade for 1970-1981 GM F-Body vehicles, including the Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird. This integrated system combines a triangulated four-link suspension with a QA1 9-inch rear housing, helping eliminate the need to source separate components or perform extensive custom fabrication. The kit is designed to improve ride height control, handling, traction, and overall suspension adjustability for street and high-performance applications.

Replacing the factory leaf springs with QA1 adjustable coilovers and a triangulated four-link allows precise tuning of suspension geometry, ride quality, stance, and instant center location. The double-adjustable configuration gives you greater control over suspension performance, while the OE-width housing is intended to work with stock-style wheel tubs. The bolt-in design simplifies installation, although welding may be required and fitment should be confirmed before beginning the project.

The fabricated 9-inch housing features a reinforced center section, formed trailing-arm brackets, heavy-duty axle tubes, Big Ford New Style Torino flanges, and a durable powder-coated finish. The housing supports 31-spline axles and is rated for high-performance use. A dedicated fill port, drain plug, vent port, and jack pad provide convenient access for routine service. The housing uses a factory-style wheel mounting width, a 5-on-4.75-inch wheel bolt pattern, and 3-inch wheel studs suitable for many alloy wheels. The center section is not included.
