Product Overview The QA1 lowering kit is an all-in-one solution for anyone looking to upgrade the suspension of their 07-18 Silverado 1500 / Sierra 1500's. This kit includes both QA1's front Pro Coil Coil-Overs, drop spindles, and Rear Drop Kit, which provide maximum adjustability to achieve the perfect lowered stance, while providing significant improvements to ride quality and performance. Ride Height Adjustability QA1 lowering kits offer easy and precise adjustments for your truck's stance. Fully threaded front coil-over shock bodies provide adjustment without the use of clumsy shims or spacers, while our rear drop kits offer 2" of adjustment to dial in the final rake of the truck. Front coil-overs provide a drop range of 3"-5" with the included drop spindles. Rear kit provides a drop range of 4-6". This complete, bolt-in suspension package includes QA1 Pro Coil double-adjustable front coil-over shocks, drop spindles, and rear shackle and hanger components for a controlled, performance-oriented lowered setup. The kit is designed for trucks equipped with factory cast steel control arms and offers the adjustability needed to achieve a precise stance without relying on cumbersome shims or spacers.
The fully threaded front coil-over shock bodies provide approximately 3 to 5 inches of front lowering when used with the included drop spindles. The rear components provide approximately 4 to 6 inches of lowering, allowing you to fine-tune the truck’s final rake and ride height. Double-adjustable shock valving lets you independently tune rebound and compression for improved control on the street or track, while the heavy-duty shock design, polyurethane bushings, and 1-inch chromoly T-bar are engineered to handle the demands of modern truck use.
QA1 rear shackle and hanger components are constructed from heavy-gauge steel and finished with a durable powder coating for long-term performance. The kit is engineered for straightforward bolt-in installation and includes a lifetime shock warranty. It requires wheels with a minimum 17-inch diameter. Axle U-bolts are not included, and offset upper control arm bushings may be required when lowering more than 2.5 inches to achieve factory alignment specifications.
This QA1 lowering kit is a direct fit for 2007-2013 trucks and is compatible with 2014-2016 models only when equipped with cast steel control arms. It does not fit 2014-2016 trucks with aluminum or stamped steel control arms, 1500HD models, or 2007 Silverado and Sierra 1500 Classic models. Made in the USA.
