The Fuzion Handlebar is a new concept in high-performance control systems. The revolutionary flex locking system allows riders to choose between a stiffer, more controlled handlebar feel or a softer more shock absorbing feel depending on terrain conditions. Changing the bar from "Locked" to "Unlocked" takes only seconds. The bar itself utilizes ProTaper's exclusive aluminum alloy computer profile in a 4 mm wall design for the ultimate in lightweight strength

The ProTaper Fuzion SX Race Handlebars combine adjustable flex with high-performance control for powersports riders who want to adapt their setup to changing terrain. The ProTaper Fuzion handlebar is supplied with a crossbar pad for added protection and comfort.
Built from proprietary 2000-series T6 aluminum alloy, the bar is engineered for excellent tensile and yield strength while maintaining a lightweight design. The crossbar clamps are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and secured with aerospace-quality polymer, while the crossbar itself is cold-forged aluminum for dependable performance. Plastic bar-end plugs help keep dirt and moisture out while providing a stronger foundation for grip ends. Clutch-side knurling improves grip adhesion, and the shot-peened, stress-relieved, anodized finish is designed for lasting durability in demanding riding conditions.
