That also accounts for easier maintenance and setting changes. But there are more advantages of a spring pressurized system. There is no risk of gas leakage, it also gives a more consistent performance curve and allows for a more compact design. The Ohlins engineers decided to completely transform the FKR to its predecessor. With the Ohlins TTX technology, a new designed piston and an 8mm piston shaft we reduce the pressure build-up and create a faster damping response.

Delivered with three different spring rates

Fits most large displacement bikes

Complete setting library

Compact design

Upgrade the front suspension of your 2020-2022 Honda CBR1000RR-R with the Ohlins FKR 127 Cartridge Kit. Designed for riders who demand precise control and consistent performance, this cartridge kit replaces the traditional gas-pressurized system with a spring-pressurized design. The result is a simpler, more user-friendly suspension system that makes maintenance and setting changes easier.
The spring-pressurized system eliminates the risk of gas leakage while delivering a more consistent performance curve. Its compact construction supports efficient installation and helps optimize the available space within the fork assembly. Ohlins engineers also redesigned the FKR system with advanced TTX technology, a new piston design, and an 8 mm piston shaft to reduce pressure buildup and provide faster damping response.
The Ohlins FKR 127 is supplied with three different spring rates, helping riders tailor the suspension setup to their riding style, bike configuration, and track conditions. A complete setting library supports detailed tuning for improved braking stability, cornering control, and overall front-end feedback. This kit fits most large-displacement motorcycles and is engineered for performance-focused powersports applications.

Delivered with three different spring rates for suspension tuning flexibility

Fits most large-displacement motorcycles

Complete setting library for customized setup adjustments

Spring-pressurized system eliminates gas leakage concerns

Ohlins TTX technology supports faster damping response

Compact design simplifies installation and maintenance

Features:

Three included spring rates provide setup flexibility for different riding conditions

Compatible with most large-displacement motorcycles

Complete setting library supports precise suspension adjustments

Spring-pressurized design eliminates the risk of gas leakage

Ohlins TTX technology helps deliver faster damping response

Compact construction supports easier installation and maintenance
