Those improvements result in increased heat transfer and overall improved cooling efficiency. To ensure this unit is a bolt-on fit, we’ve incorporated an internal automatic transmission cooler which makes install a breeze and ensures transmission fluid temperatures are properly regulated. One common failure point with the Tundra cooling system is the plastic radiator mounting brackets securing this component within the core support. Often, these brackets will fail when attempting to replace the heat exchanger. Our team identified this issue, and our radiator includes new brackets, ensuring hassle-free installation.
