Flowmaster 21-25 Ford Bronco 2.3/2.7 Outlaw Cat-Back Exhaust System

Flowmaster introduces our Outlaw cat-back exhaust system for the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco with the 2.3 or 2.7-liter engine and 4 doors. This system uses an Outlaw style muffler for an aggressive exhaust tone and increased performance. Maximum dyno gains of 6 hp and 7 lb-ft. were measured at the rear wheels. 3.00-inch mandrel bent 409 stainless steel tubing is used from the factory mid-pipe flange back to maximize exhaust flow and durability. This step up from the factory pipe size will help maximize gains from additional engine upgrades. The over-axle section is also routed to help gain an additional 2.0-inches of clearance from the axle when used on applications with modified suspensions. This allows for better suspension travel when used in extreme off-road situations. Dual 4.00-inch black chrome tips are used to add a custom look to this iconic vehicle. For 2 door models use part # 818144. Note: 2021-2024 Bronco cat-back systems will have lower peak dyno results on stock applications when compared to our axle-back systems. This is because the larger 3.0-inch tubing after the factory mid-pipe connection in the cat-back system is optimized for vehicles with additional engine modifications such as tuners, cold air intakes, etc., and is less restrictive when used on higher horsepower applications.

Compatible with two- and four-wheel-drive configurations, this dual-exit system replaces the exhaust from the factory mid-pipe flange back and is designed to improve exhaust flow, durability, and performance. Maximum dyno gains of up to 6 horsepower and 7 lb-ft of torque at the rear wheels have been measured under applicable testing conditions.
The system features an Outlaw Series muffler that produces a deep, aggressive performance tone while reducing exhaust restriction. Its 3-inch mandrel-bent, 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing provides smooth airflow and long-term corrosion resistance, while the larger tubing diameter is well suited for Broncos equipped with additional upgrades such as tuners, cold-air intakes, or other performance modifications. The over-axle tubing is routed to provide additional clearance for modified suspensions, supporting improved suspension travel during demanding off-road use.
Dual 4-inch black chrome exhaust tips give the Bronco a custom appearance and complete the performance-focused design. Factory-style hangers and mounting locations help simplify installation, and all required hardware is included.
