The Cognito 3 Inch Performance Ball Joint Leveling Lift Kit includes the Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arm Kit, Elka Performance Series Coilover front shocks, Elka Performance Series rear shocks and 2 Inch Block and U Bolt kit- all with hardware included.The Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arms add style, function and performance to your vehicle by improving the allowable droop travel for a better ride quality. The control arm kit features boxed sheet metal arms that are CNC robot welded and powder coated semi-gloss black.Press in ball joints are pre-installed and retained with black anodized, Cognito branded laser etched caps. New crush sleeves and polyurethane bushings are included. The Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arms provide ample droop travel that is required for good ride quality and all suspension components to last and work properly.The Elka 2.0 shocks feature an Internal Floating Piston design and provide better attenuation of vibration, leading to major noise reduction in the cabin (much less squeak and rattle), damping characteristics optimized for each truck and setup, providing a smoother ride. Increased comfort in both on road and off-road conditions, especially over washboard and square-edge impacts, more stable and more predictable handling, reduced front-end diving when cornering or braking reduced rear-end bucking and lifting, and increased damping and spring rate for better handling when towing or loading truck.The Cognito 2 Inch Block and U Bolt Kit includes 2 Inch tall powder coated semi-gloss black cast steel blocks and heavy-duty zinc plated U Bolts and the 1.5 Inch Rear Bump Stop Spacers are constructed out of aluminum.

The Cognito cog210-P1137 3-Inch Performance Ball Joint Leveling Lift Kit is a complete suspension solution for 2019-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD and 4WD trucks. Designed to reduce the factory nose-down rake, this package combines Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arms, Elka Performance Series 2.0 Internal Floating Piston (IFP) front and rear shocks, a 2-Inch rear block and U-bolt kit, and rear bump stop spacers. All required hardware is included for a streamlined installation.
The Cognito SM Series Upper Control Arms are built from boxed sheet metal, CNC robot welded, and finished with a semi-gloss black powder coat. Pre-installed press-in ball joints are secured with black anodized, Cognito-branded laser-etched caps, while new crush sleeves and polyurethane bushings support durability and proper suspension movement. The revised geometry improves ball joint angles and preserves the droop travel needed for ride quality and long-term component performance.
Elka 2.0 IFP shocks are tuned for the specific truck and lift configuration to improve vibration control, cabin comfort, and handling on pavement and off-road terrain. The system helps reduce front-end dive during braking and cornering, rear-end bucking and lift, and harsh impacts from washboard surfaces and square edges. The included powder-coated cast steel rear blocks, heavy-duty zinc-plated U-bolts, and aluminum bump stop spacers complete the suspension package while supporting improved towing and loaded-truck stability.
Installation is estimated at approximately four hours for a qualified DIY installer. This kit is engineered, manufactured, and assembled in the USA. It requires bypassing the ARC Adaptive Ride Control system on 1500 Denali models and is not compatible with trucks equipped with composite mono-leaf rear springs.
