Complete 4-Step Charging Program:

Stage 1 - Initialization: When the charger powers on it will start a self-check and detect the battery's connection is correct, low output voltage without battery fault LED is light, please check the polarity is correct.
Stage 2 - Bulk Charge: Using the charger's highest rated current for the type of battery in use until it reaches 90% capacity (LEDS 50% ON,100% Blinking).
Stage 3 - Absorption: The output voltage is limited to 7.3V(6V battery) or 14.5V(12V battery) while current declines as the battery charges to its full capacity without overheating (LEDS 50% ON,100% Blinking).
Stage 4 - Float: At this stage, the battery is fully charged and the charger maintains the battery through pulse charging.
