Aeromotive A1000 Brushless External Fuel Pump

Fuel injected engines: up to 1300 FWHP naturally aspirated and up to 1000 FWHP forced air induction. Carbureted engines: up to 1500 FWHP naturally aspirated and up to 1200 FWHP forced air induction. E85 compatible. Lighter and quieter than the traditional A1000 pump. Reduced current draw at higher pressures. Extended service life in methanol and ethanol. Integral, external brushless controller for clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability. ORB-10 inlet and outlet ports. Requires straight 12-VDC to 16-VDC power supply. EFI rated flow of 700 lbs/hr at 45 psi and 13.5 volts. Carb rated flow of 900 lbs/hr at 9 psi and 13.5 volts. The same A1000 Fuel Pump the world has come to trust and depend on is now available with the latest brushless-motor technology. Built for up to 65 psi of sustained pressure, featuring our bedrock solid roller vane design that primes easily, reduces friction and improves efficiency. Brushless motors employ sensors to monitor rotor angle to provide faster and more reliable phase shifting, producing more torque capacity and motor efficiency. Instead of the armature rotating, in a brushless motor the magnets rotate around the armature and the motor controller manages the phase shift to keep the motor rotating under load (load is related to pressure in a fuel pump).? With more torque per watt and a higher torque to weight ratio, brushless motors produce lower noise and deliver higher reliability. With a higher level of efficiency, down to fractions of a second in design speed control, the new Aeromotive brushless fuel pumps provide precise control of fuel pump RPM as pressure rises, better maintaining pump RPM and flow, producing a flatter flow curve.? Tight tolerances result in less current draw, less heat and extended life. Now there is the ability to upgrade to a premium brushless pump for faster, more reliable and uninterrupted fuel delivery with less power consumption and potential for wear or failure. The Aeromotive A1000 Brushless External Fuel Pump delivers reliable and efficient fuel delivery for high-performance engines. Engineered with advanced brushless motor technology, this in-line pump is designed to support fuel injected engines up to 1300 FWHP naturally aspirated and 1000 FWHP with forced air induction, as well as carbureted engines up to 1500 FWHP naturally aspirated and 1200 FWHP with forced air induction. Compatibility with E85 fuel extends its versatility for various racing and performance setups.

Built for durability and efficiency, the A1000 Brushless Fuel Pump features a compact design that is lighter and quieter than traditional pumps. The integral external brushless controller ensures a clean installation, improved reliability, and cooler fuel temperatures. This controller manages phase shifting with sensors to provide faster, more reliable operation, resulting in higher torque capacity and enhanced efficiency. The pump’s design includes ORB-10 inlet and outlet ports for versatile mounting options and robust connection points.

With a rated flow of 700 lbs/hr at 45 psi and 13.5 volts for EFI systems, and 900 lbs/hr at 9 psi and 13.5 volts for carbureted setups, the pump maintains a consistent flow curve even as pressure rises, thanks to precise speed control and variable RPM adjustments. It requires a straight 12 VDC to 16 VDC power supply for operation and supports sustained pressures up to 65 psi. The pump's construction includes high-quality stainless steel T-bolt clamps for secure mounting, and it is compatible with methanol and ethanol fuels, offering an extended service life under demanding conditions.

Designed for high-performance automotive use, the Aeromotive A1000 Brushless Fuel Pump provides a significant upgrade over traditional models. Its reduced current draw decreases heat generation and power consumption, extending the lifespan of the pump. The quiet operation and efficient performance make it ideal for both racing and street applications where precise fuel management and reliability are critical. Whether upgrading an existing system or building a new high-horsepower setup, this pump ensures consistent, high-volume fuel delivery with minimal maintenance requirements.
