SPC Performance Chevrolet El Camino / Malibu G-Body Upper Adjustable Control Arm

This unique, patented design provides the most adjustability and best clearance of any arm available for the many popular '78-'87 GM 'A/G' Body and S10 platform applications. Sold as a pair, these forged steel adjustable arms come with ball studs that are 1/2" taller than stock to improve camber curve. Dial in some caster combined with the ability to adjust camber, yields a truly 'modern' feeling suspension. The ball joints are greaseable and fully rebuildable. Additionally, OE length and 1/4" extended studs are also available to fine tune ride characteristics and maximize specific suspension geometry. Designed for popular 1978–1987 GM A/G Body applications and select Chevrolet S10 models, this patented forged-steel control arm set provides extensive alignment adjustment and improved suspension clearance. The arms are sold as a pair and include ball studs positioned higher than stock to help improve the camber curve and overall suspension geometry.

Front adjustment range: Camber/Caster ±3.00°. By combining caster adjustment with independent camber tuning, these SPC Performance control arms can help deliver more responsive, modern suspension characteristics for Pro Touring builds, track-ready vehicles, and performance-oriented street cars. The included ball joints are greaseable and fully rebuildable, supporting long-term serviceability and allowing maintenance or replacement when needed.

The SPC Performance 97140 kit includes ball studs configured to support precise suspension setup, while OE-length and additional extended stud options are available separately for further tuning of ride characteristics and geometry. These upper control arms may also be combined with compatible lower control arms to complete a comprehensive suspension upgrade.
