The Aeromotive AER11192 Variable Speed Controlled Brushless 5.0 In-Line Fuel Pump is engineered for high-performance fuel delivery systems requiring reliable flow, high pressure capability, and extended service life. Designed with aerospace-inspired manufacturing standards and proven track experience, this round, in-line pump uses an integral spur-gear pumping mechanism to support demanding fuel-injected and carbureted applications. Its brushless design helps reduce wear and current draw while providing dependable operation in serious street, drag racing, and competition fuel systems.
The Aeromotive AER11192 supports gasoline, E85, and methanol applications. For fuel-injected engines, it supports up to 3,400 FWHP naturally aspirated or 2,600 FWHP with forced induction on gasoline, up to 2,380 FWHP naturally aspirated or 1,820 FWHP with forced induction on E85, and up to 1,190 FWHP naturally aspirated or 910 FWHP with forced induction on methanol. Carbureted applications are supported up to 3,600 FWHP naturally aspirated or 2,700 FWHP with forced induction on gasoline, up to 2,520 FWHP naturally aspirated or 1,890 FWHP with forced induction on E85, and up to 1,260 FWHP naturally aspirated or 945 FWHP with forced induction on methanol. E85 applications require reducing maximum FWHP ratings by 30% where applicable.
An integral external brushless controller promotes a clean installation, cooler fuel operation, and enhanced reliability. The pump provides 90 PSI of continuous operating pressure and up to 150 PSI of peak pressure, including base pressure plus boost. It requires a straight 12-volt to 16-volt DC power supply and is not compatible with pulse-modulated systems or separate fuel pump speed controllers. ORB-12 inlet and ORB-10 outlet ports support high-flow plumbing configurations. This Aeromotive fuel pump is not legal for sale or use on emission-controlled vehicles except when installed as a direct replacement part matching OEM specifications. It is also not approved for carbureted street applications where applicable emissions regulations require certification.
